Digital Products

The “Digital Product” you are purchasing from Threadbuilt (often referred to as a “Digital Download”) is protected by copyright law and is provided to you subject to the following fair use disclaimer:

Your purchase only grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the image for personal, non-commercial purposes, specifically for manufacturing and displaying in your home.

This includes any digital manipulation, cropping, or editing that substantially changes the original digital product.

6. Attribution: While not required, it is appreciated if you provide appropriate attribution to the original creator or copyright holder when displaying the digital product in your home or office. Including, but not limited to, any social media posts or other forms of advertising about the digital product itself, ensuring Threadbuilt is appropriately credited for their work.

7. Non-Exclusive License: The license you receive is non-exclusive, meaning that the copyright holder retains the right to grant similar licenses to others for the same digital product.

8. Disclaimer of Liability: The digital product is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties, express or implied. The copyright holder and the creator of the digital product shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of or in connection with the use of the digital product.

By purchasing and using the digital product, you agree to abide by these fair use terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in legal consequences.
